2. Scheduling & Call Guidelines

For scheduling alignment and 1:1 sessions, the following principles apply:

• Honesty & Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete details in our pre-call questionnaire (e.g. current revenue scale, challenges) so Mohit Verma can prepare effectively.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session or complimentary clarity call, you must provide at least **24 hours' notice** out of respect for time and scheduling efficiency.
• No-Show Policy: Repeated failure to attend a scheduled strategy session without notice will result in immediate disqualification from our advisory programs.
